JASON MOORMAN
TITLE:
Women’s Head Coach
- Coached multiple U.S. Olympians and over 100 All-Americans.
- Earned his 100th career win at the NWCA National Duals in 2017.
- 4-time NWCA National Coach of the Year.
- Led the Tornado staff as an assistant men’s wrestling coach prior to the 2007 season
- Has been the only coach of the nationally known women’s wrestling program since its inception in 2009
- Took over the Men’s programs from his brother, Nate Moorman in 2014-15
- The Tornados have had least one NCAA Men’s Wrestling Championships qualifier four of the five years he was at helm
- King twice had two All Americans under Moorman, the second and third time in the program’s history
